How to Change Your Apple Watch Band? – It’s this simple:

Prepare Your Workspace:
Place your Apple Watch face down on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches and damage.

Locate Release Buttons:
Find the band release buttons on the back of the watch, where the band connects to the case.

Remove the Band:
Press and hold one of the band release buttons. While holding the button, slide the corresponding band segment sideways to detach it from the watch.

Repeat this process for the other side of the band.
